Syrian votes in the Netherlands’ Election

Dear Syrians in the Netherlands

Dutch Election is coming. For many Syrians in the Netherlands, this means that they are allowed to vote for the first time in a democratic system. For an article in the Volkskrant I am trying to map out what this means for you. Who are you planning to vote for? What is that vote based on? How do you follow the election news? Do you understand the positions of the different parties? How does it feel to be able to vote in the Netherlands for the first time?

If you would like to talk about this theme, please send a short email to ( i.dezwaan@volkskrant.nl ) . Include
